What we collect

Profile: name, date of birth, nationality, WhatsApp number, email, emirate and area, optional Instagram.

Machine: make, model, year, engine size, plate and colour, plus riding and track experience. Backpacks give the name and number of the rider they ride with.

Emergency: blood group, one or two emergency contacts, and any medical notes you choose to share.

Why

To place you in formation, recognise you and your bike on the road, and contact you about rides.

Emergency details are used only if something goes wrong on a ride, so first responders and the crew know who to call.

Who sees it

Admins and ride leads only. Emergency contacts and medical notes are encrypted at rest and only decrypted for admins.

We never sell or share your details with sponsors or third parties.

Messages

We send ride updates and approval notices by WhatsApp and email. Ask any admin to stop ride reminders at any time.

Deletion

Message any admin and ask for your data to be deleted. We remove your profile, emergency details and member cards within 7 days, keeping only a minimal audit record that a deletion happened.
